2. Use of Services

• Make final lending decisions
• Set interest rates or loan terms
• Disburse loan amounts

3.2 Lender's Discretion

All loan approvals are subject to the lender's credit policies, underwriting criteria, and final decision. The lender reserves the right to approve, reject, or modify any loan application at their discretion.

3.3 Multiple Lender Access

We work with 200+ lenders and financial institutions. By submitting your application through us, you authorize us to share your information with multiple lenders to find the best loan options for you.

4. Fees and Charges

4.1 Our Services

DigiFinSrv's consultation and facilitation services are generally free for customers. We receive commission from the lending institutions upon successful loan disbursement.

4.2 Lender Charges

The following charges are determined by the lender and are not part of DigiFinSrv's fees:

• Processing fees
• Documentation charges
• Prepayment or foreclosure charges
• Late payment fees
• Any other charges as per the lender's policy

4.3 No Hidden Charges

We maintain transparency in all our dealings. If any service fee is applicable, it will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

5. Loan Processing Timeline

While we advertise "48-hour approval," this timeline:

• Refers to in-principle approval or preliminary assessment
• May vary based on document verification and lender requirements
• Is subject to complete and accurate documentation
• Does not guarantee loan disbursement within 48 hours
• Actual disbursement depends on the lender's process

6. Privacy and Data Protection

7. Intellectual Property

• You are not subject to any bankruptcy proceedings

10. Termination
